Welcome to Roses! You've recently been offered a position as the closing shift barista at a niche little Mom and Mom's coffee shop right across the street from your college campus. It's not your top choice, naturally. But... you also need the money.

Thankfully, you've had many different jobs in your life so far. So you've survived many "first weeks of employment." This one should be no different.

Bitter & Sweet is a short visual novel made for Shoujosei Jam 2026 and developed by Team Snowcone.

Features:

• Get to know your grumpy coworker by successfully fulfilling various coffee orders
• And get to know the young lady who keeps coming in through dialogue choices
• Name your barista and choose their major
• 4 endings (+1 secret post-credits scene after the "best" ending)
• ~ 1 hour of gameplay per ending
